Plain-language detail on what we collect, why, and the control you keep over your data.

Last updated June 1, 2026

01What we collect

We collect the details you share directly — your name, work email, company, and anything you include in a form or message. When you use our products, we also process the operational data you connect, strictly to deliver the service you asked for.

Standard technical data (IP address, browser type, and pages visited) is logged to keep the site secure and to understand which content is useful.

02How we use it

Your data is used to respond to enquiries, deliver and support engagements, send the updates you opt into, and improve our services. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use client operational data to train models for anyone else.

03Where your data lives

Client data stays in environments you control wherever possible. Data we do hold is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is scoped to the people and systems that genuinely need it.

04Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies to run the site and, with your consent, privacy-respecting analytics. You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time without losing core functionality.

05Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and you can withdraw consent for marketing at any time. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@asoc.ai.

06Contact

Questions about this policy can be sent to hello@asoc.ai, or by post to 210 Mission Bay Blvd, San Francisco, CA 94158.
