Terms of service

By using the ASoc website or services, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

You may use our website and products for lawful business purposes only. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or access data you are not authorized to access.

Project scope, deliverables, and fees are set out in the order form or statement of work you sign. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in your agreement.

Either party may end an engagement with written notice as described in the relevant order form; you remain responsible for fees accrued up to the end date.

You retain ownership of your data and any materials you provide. Unless your agreement says otherwise, deliverables built specifically for you are yours on full payment; the underlying tools, frameworks, and know-how remain ours.

We deliver our services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability under an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the preceding twelve months.
